The Ohio Hi-Point Career Center is notable because of its designation as the highest point in the state of Ohio. Looking to build on its reputation, the Career Center entered negotiations with Monarch Construction and Freytag & Associates for the project management and design of campus renovations. Along the way, Farnham Equipment Company (FEC) received awards for installing casework as a part of the facility upgrades.

Stevens Advantage educational casework is seen throughout the building. Two primary colors, Grey Echo and Kopi Susu, are visible throughout the administrative offices, hair-style salon areas, classrooms, and reception areas. The science classrooms, allied health offices, and exercise science rooms also showcased the casework. Stevens cabinets also allowed for epoxy tops to sit atop the science rooms, providing a cost-effective solution that will hold up against the elements used in a science lab setting. This unique career center boasts several varied programs of study, so unique elevations and designs were necessary.

The finished product was a well-rounded display of Stevens Casework in a multi-faceted facility like the Ohio Hi-Point Career Center. FEC provided the installation of this casework in a timely fashion, thanks to its team of in-house installers.
