Baker, Rocky
Rocky Baker, Maintenance Solutions Service Manager: Rocky started with Farnham Equipment Company in 1981 as an installer. Through his many years of field work, Rocky has become an expert in repair, maintenance, and installation of bleachers and athletic equipment with a wide span of manufacturers and models. He is a member of the International Code Council and National Fire Protection Association; both keep him up to date on the most recent code requirements and safety precautions with your facility in mind. When asked why he takes pride in his work, “Knowing our team makes a difference in your community.”

Spain, Roger
Roger Spain, Maintenance Solutions Specialist: Roger is new to the Maintenance Solutions team and is working alongside Rocky in estimating, material sourcing and purchasing, and overall customer service and satisfaction. Since joining our team, Roger has reviewed several inspection reports and his advice is to always, “clean under your bleachers to clear the unit of dirt and debris, you’ll be amazed at the difference!”

Baker, Trent
Trent Baker, Service Technician: Trent started with Farnham Equipment company in 1995 as a field installer and began his work with the Maintenance Solutions team in 2010. Trent states that, “We are thorough and will help our customers with advice to keep their bleachers in tip-top shape and we won’t leave until your equipment works like it is supposed to!”

DeCan, David
David DeCan, Service Technician: David started with Farnham Equipment company in 2006 as a field installer and began his work with the Maintenance Solutions team in 2010. David states that, “When I come out to work on your equipment I will always introduce myself and answer any questions you may have. I’ll also inquire about any other problems with your equipment, even if it isn’t on the current service at hand and I will always thank you for your time.”

Khune, Steve
Steve Khune, Service Technician: Steve started with Farnham Equipment company in 1999 as a field installer and began his work with the Maintenance Solutions team in 2010. Steve approaches his work with this thought in mind, “I have kids and I always look at a service as if my kids are going to be at your facility. I will make sure our kids are safe before my work is complete!”

Osterhout, Nick
Nick Osterhout, Service Technician: Nick is new to our Maintenance Solutions team and has spent some time training time with Rocky, Trent, David and Steve on multiple projects to prepare him for whatever you may need. Nick started with Farnham Equipment Company in 2010. Nick sees FEC as being “extensive in our training, know how, and dedication.”

Kami Wernimont
Kami Wernimont, Office & Marketing Manager: Kami assists when she can with the Maintenance Solutions team and continues to develop our marketing efforts including your Quarterly e-News, e-Inspection reminders, and Maintenance Portfolios. Occasionally you’ll hear from her regarding invoicing, a quick quote, or survey. Kami takes pride that, “From start to finish, install to maintenance, we are your solution. We are thorough experts in our field and we follow through whether its inspection or emergency – we’re here for you!”
