The Farnham Equipment Company (FEC) Inspection App is a forward-thinking tool that was developed by our In-House Service Department Team. This app is designed to allow customers high visibility and an ongoing record of preventative maintenance measures taken at their facility. After completing an Inspection, FEC’s Service Technicians will go through the report and identify measurable steps for customers to follow in order to maintain, repair, or upgrade their facilities.
FEC inspections are based on several factors and code compliance considerations, including The International Code Council (ICC-300.12), the Ohio Building Code, the International Building Code (IBC), and manufacturer recommendations. This comprehensive inspection gives customers the needed information to make informed decisions on how to keep their facilities’ equipment last throughout its intended life cycle.
