Cory-Rawson PK-8 Features Stevens Textured Laminate and Brodart Contract Furniture

Cory-Rawson Local School District is preparing for their move into their new PK-8 Building. The new elementary school and middle school Classrooms, Project Lab, and Art Room all feature Stevens Industries Cabinets, Countertops and Mobile Units.  The “Rain” (Wilsonart #18 Linearity) textured Arizona Cypress laminate finish is one of Stevens’ six standard texture options and helps to provide the style, warmth, and comfort of natural wood, while still offering the durability and economy of laminate.  Administrative areas feature Stevens Laminate in Amber Cherry with a standard matte finish.  All casework components were supplied as FSC/COC with no-added formaldehyde core materials and Greenguard Certified to assist in the project’s LEED Certification.

The Media Center features Brodart Contract Furniture’s Chancellor Reading Tables with Parallax Chairs. The custom Chancellor Circulation Desk features re-configurable stand alone modules including electrical and data accessories as well as a Book Return and Depressible Book Truck. Omega Shelving is used throughout the Media Center.  All Brodart components were supplied as FSC/COC with no-added formaldehyde core materials to assist in the project’s LEED Certification.
