End Customer: Buckeye Local Schools

Project Overview
In 2022, Lucas Parsons, principal at Buckeye Local High School, reached out to Farnham Equipment Company (FEC) looking for solutions to bring new bleachers to their gymnasium. Having received a glowing commendation from another repeat customer, Buckeye Local was thrilled to see what FEC could offer in terms of custom design on their bleachers. After an initial meeting and providing some layouts, the project stalled due to funding limitations.
A couple of years later, Mr. Parsons reached back out, wanting to continue the conversation and proceed with the purchase of new bleachers and custom wall pads. FEC was quick to provide updated pricing and mock-ups of the finished Xtreme Logo and other custom designs along the bleacher. Along the way, FEC contacted Softstop to provide custom wall padding at the school’s request. This turn-key solution was made available through Sourcewell, which the school was thrilled to be able to utilize to move the project forward.
The removal and disposal of the existing bleachers took place in late 2024, with installation of the new bleachers and wall padding taking place right before the end of 2024. The school was thrilled with how FEC handled the project from start to finish. Below is an excerpt from Mr. Parsons on FEC’s work:

Key Project Features
1. Telescoping Bleachers: Hussey Seating Company
The project features new telescopic bleachers from Hussey Seating Company, delivered and installed by FEC’s installation crews. This includes (3) banks of seating that includes:
- Seating for nearly 1,000 spectators
- Auto-rotating aisle rails
- Full bleed vinyl end curtains with team logos
- Custom Courtsigns and Stepsigns
- Xtreme Logos on Bank A with the school’s Panther Logo
- Courtside seats, 289 dark blue
- Flex row seating for ADA accommodation
2. Wall Padding: Sofstop
Buckeye Local Schools also requested custom wall padding around the gymnasium. This was completed through FEC’s relationship with Sofstop and included custom phrases the school requested.
