Project Overview

The Frank & Jannis Waller Gymnasium at Shawnee State University needed an upgrade. Having worked with Farnham Equipment Company (FEC) over the years, the school was looking to make upgrades to the seating, made possible with 33” row spacing. After a site visit, delivering multiple chair samples and ongoing layout and design questions, Shawnee State proceeded to move forward with a large upgrade project during the fall and winter of 2025. The focus of this project included installing new Metro Chairs.

This project proved to be a great example of what is possible in terms of design for VIP seating with proper row spacing.
