Madison Local School District’s new 5-8 Middle School started construction in 2012 and opened its doors to students at the start of 2014. Farnham Equipment Company took part in the construction at Madison Middle School with a comprehensive $800 thousand dollar package that included Stevens Casework and Millwork, CampbellRhea Science Labs, Hussey Seating Company Telescopic Bleachers, Clarin by Hussey Portable Seating, National Recreation Systems Portable Bleachers, Performance Sports Systems Athletic Equipment, Brodart Library Shelving, and other specialty equipment.
Various Stevens standard casework designs and configurations were used for typical classrooms, life skills labs, business classrooms & art rooms with Stevens textured laminate. Specialized wardrobe cabinets to accommodate technology needs were utilized throughout. Farnham provided a full complement of Stevens Music Casework in the vocal and instrumental music rooms as well as storage in the dressing rooms, scene shop, and music office. Stevens millwork assemblies are also found in several administrative locations.
Madison Middle School features CampbellRhea laboratory casework with various designs and configurations in their six project labs and two science classrooms.
Library shelving and displays including a 4-Tower Island Magazine Display, CD/DVD Display Unit and a 4-Tier Revolving Media Dispenser were provided by Brodart Contract Furniture and installed by Farnham Equipment Company in the new Media Center.
Farnham Equipment Company worked as a sub-contractor to Mosser Construction to provide Hussey Seating Company’s MaxamPlus Telescopic Bleachers in the new competition gymnasium. Both the home and visitor’s sides feature an 18-tier bleacher including a signature logo with ADA and companion seating options.
Clarin by Hussey Seating portable seating in dark green vinyl featured the Madison Rams logo on both the back and the seat of the chair.
Farnham Equipment Company furnished eight 3-row Tip-n-Roll Bleachers from National Recreation Systems for the Auxiliary Gymnasium. Also furnished were Performance Sports Systems Ball Racks and Cages.
To complete the comprehensive package, GE Appliances were furnished including washers, dryers, Energy Star refrigerators, and free-standing electric convection ranges.
