End Customer: Milford Exempted Village Schools

Project Overview
Milford Middle School completed construction in summer 2025, with collaboration between SHP Leading Design and Conger Construction Group. Farnham Equipment Company (FEC) provided multiple scopes of work for the project, including division 12 casework and telescoping bleachers, along with division 11 athletic equipment.
This project was a great example of the multitude of scopes FEC can provide for large projects. FEC has worked with SHP and Conger on multiple projects, and was thrilled to continue that partnership to help deliver quality products to Milford Exempted Village Schools. The result was a brilliant building with high-end products throughout the facility, courtesy of FEC’s impeccable project management team and installation crews.
Key Project Features
1. Educational Casework: Stevens Industries, Inc.
The project features new Stevens Advantage casework throughout the new middle school at Milford Exempted Village Schools. Among the features of the casework are:
- Harvest Maple, Graphite Nebula, Night Stars finishes
- 5-Knuckle Chrome hinges with bent wire pulls
- Solid Surface countertops
- Installed in art rooms, classrooms, and more
- Custom millwork in receptionist areas
2. Telescopic Bleachers: Hussey Seating Company
FEC delivered and installed telescopic seating from Hussey Seating Company. Some of the key features of the new seating include:
- 2 banks of seating between two gymnasiums, with over 1000 seats for spectators
- ADA flex-row seating
- Auto-rotating aisle rails
- Black courtside seats
- Seat numbers and row letters
3. Athletic Equipment: Gared Performance Sports Systems
Working alongside GPSS, FEC delivered and installed the athletic equipment at Milford Middle School. The features of this product include:
- Basketball backstops
- Wall padding
