Ashland University’s Kates Gymnasium | Sherrill Hudson Court is a great before and after project in which Farnham Equipment Company performed both the tear out of the existing bleachers and the installation of the new Hussey Seating Company Bleachers.
One side features Maxam+ Telescopic Platform Bleachers with 15 rows and a net seating capacity of 646. Metro seating with graphic logos are in the center section and CourtSide seats with graphic logos are in the surrounding sections. The other side features Maxam26 Telescopic Bleachers with 20 rows of CourtSide seats with graphic logos for a net seating capacity of 1158. Both sections allow for ADA seating options.
This project is the result of working on the design with The Collaborative and the facility early on. Our representative, David Fahrenholz had several meetings with the Athletic Director who, after reviewing our projects online, was sold on Hussey Seating Company products and what Farnham Equipment Company could do for them.
